If you’re like me, you like to know exactly what to expect. I’m here to outline your portrait experience from start to finish so you can feel comfortable knowing just how this will go…be assured I come with a plan so there will be no awkward moments of wondering what happens next. You want gorgeous images, I want to capture them.
Let’s dive in.
booking
You can fill out the short booking form here on my website, or simply call to schedule. There is no right or wrong way to do it. I will confirm your date, time, and location and then send you your contract to sign and return.
payment
A non-refundable initial payment of 50% of your total services will be due upon booking. This is to ensure that no one else can schedule their photo session at the same time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before our session.
preparation
I love being prepared and that is why I will send you a questionnaire to ask some questions about you and/or your family so I can get to know your interests and preferences a little better. I will also send you an experience guide with some tips for getting ready so you can be sure to look and feel your best on picture day.
the big day
This is where the magic happens. Rest assured that I will have lots of ideas and prompts for posing, candid, and movement photos. You will not have to wonder what to do. I want to make you feel as relaxed and at ease as possible so your comfort will shine through in the photos. Even if you are bringing little ones with you, I promise to make it fun. You will hopefully leave feeling like it was a fun day out rather than a stressful photoshoot.
your photos
The moment you’ve been waiting for… In 7-10 days following your photo session, I will email you a link to your beautiful online gallery, where you can easily view, download and share your photos. The gallery is super user friendly and you have the option to purchase additional image downloads, prints or other high quality photo products.
